St Gabriel’s Catholic Primary School is a nurturing and inclusive community, united through the love of Jesus and inspired by Christian values to share the Good News.
The ethos of our school is a crucial element in the development and delivery of the Curriculum.
At St Gabriel’s Catholic Primary School, we aim to ensure our children benefit from a broad, balanced and experiential curriculum, which is rich in progressive knowledge and skills.
Reading lies at the heart of the curriculum at our school, with an emphasis on reading to learn. Development of communication and language is paramount, as well as the acquisition of high quality, subject-specific vocabulary.
Through quality first-hand visits and visitors, across the whole curriculum, we are committed to enriching the life experiences for all our pupils. Therefore, our curriculum prioritises all curriculum subjects, combining SMSC and our School’s Core Values. Our curriculum is designed to cater for the needs of all pupils so that they achieve to the best of their ability and have aspiration and ambition for their future.
We have now updated our Holidays & Events section of our website for this school year.
